Visa: You are required to have a business visa to enter the country for the purpose of the seminar. On request, the co-organiser of the seminar, RSHU, will be pleased to send personal invitations to seminar participants and accompanying persons after the registration fee has been received. You will have to apply for visa at the nearest Russian Embassy or Consulate. Please take into account that it takes approximately two weeks to obtain the visa through the standard procedures. In several countries the invitation letter issued by RSHU may entitle you for an entry visa free of charge. The invitation by RSHU will only be issued for the purpose of assisting participants to raise travel funds or obtain visas. No financial commitment on the part of the organisers is implied. Please indicate on the seminar registration form if you wish to receive a letter of invitation.
Important: You have to register for the seminar, pay the registration fees and send the completed visa support form to RSHU before 24 August 2009. Please refer to the registration form for further details. Partners need to completed and send a separate visa support form.
Currency: Russian currency is Rubel. 100 Russian Rubel = approx. € 2.30.
Transport from the airport: Both hotel Moscow and Hotel Beijing Garden arrange transport from the airport. One car for one trip is approx. € 35. Please contact your hotel directly to make the necessary arrangements.
